Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd | Terms of Rent


Terms of Rent:
- The customer´s reservation of the accomodation is binding from the moment the customer has paid the reservation fee.
The reservation fee is half the amount of the fee due to be paid for the rent, and it is to be paid by the customer no later than 7 days from the date of the reservation.
– Pets are allowed only by special agreement between the customer and our Customers´ Service.
If the amount of money, to be paid by the customer for the accommodation and/or it´s reservation, has not been paid in due time, Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd has the right to cancel the reservation made by the customer.

Cancellations:
- The customer always cancels his reservations in writing addressed to Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd.
– If the customer cancels his reservation within 21 days, counted from the date of the beginning of the renting period, Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd refunds the customer the reservation fee already paid, however deducting 10 euro handling fee and 50 euro cancelling fee (a total deduction of 60 euros) off the original reservation fee paid by the customer.
– If the customer cancels his reservation later than 21 days, counted from the date of the beginning of the renting period, Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd will invoice the customer the total rent for the entire renting period.
– The customer´s cancellation is considered to be valid from the moment Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd has got hold of the customer´s cancellation in writing.
– As an exception from the above rules about cancellation, Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd apply special rules for the case that a private person´s Next of Kin, or he himself, is taken ill or is injured. In this case the customer is always asked to present a Med. Dr. Certificate.
– In a Force Majeure case Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd has the right to cancel reservations made by the customer. The customer then has the right to get the amount of money, already paid to Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd, back as a complete refund.

Compensation fo Damage
– The customer is obliged to make up for all damage he, beyond normal use, inflicts upon the grounds or the property of Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd.

Complaints
:
– All complaints concerning the reservation or the state of the lodgings, is immediately to be addressed to Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd.
– Rönnäs Sea Lodges Ltd reserve themselves for the right to change prices.
